64
Terrible twos is what parents experience in raising their child. It is sometimes very embarrassing for parents when they face these situations in public places. Below are a few tips parents can look for in order to avoid these problems.

1.    Ignore them

Ignoring your child may not be accepted many of the parents, as they seem this to be very harsh to their loved. But it is true that it is the best way if parents are consistent with it. If a child is being ignored continuously, he may realize that his actions are getting him the desired results, and he will eventually stop acting up.

2.    Don't fulfill your child's demands

Many of the parents try to cater the wants of the child in order to avoid scenes in the public. This gives the opportunity to the child as he knows that if he is successful once, he will try harder next time because of their earlier success.

3.    Be patient

Many of the parents lose their temper if their child shouts wildly. Instead parents should try to calm themselves and try to be gentle and softer with your child. This will allow you to hold your child's temper.

4.    Acknowledge good attitude

If you find something good in your child's behavior, do reward him with nice words. This will let him know that doing good things will make Mom and Dad very happy.

5.    Try to get them snacks

Most of the children get irritated when they are hungry, and will start screaming loudly. It is good to have some snacks for your child, as if they are hungry they will be fed soon and also will keep them busy for some time.

With these tips, you will able to deal to with the terrible twos in both places, when you are at home and in public.
