1. Don't skip your meal

So I suggest you that don't skip meal time but eat in normal time and careful what you eat.

Pregnancy, Inactivity, Overeat, Emotions and over sleep are the main reason of increase weight. If we want to slim then this kind of problem are the main reasons to break our dream. So we have to do regular exercise. Exercise increases our body temperature to burn body calories, keep our blood pressure normal and improve the blood circulation. So we have to do some exercise and no matter that what type of age of ours.
4. Develop the plan
Some people take diet pills to lose weight and if once they give up taking diet pill and they don't be active I can assure them to their weight will come back again. So we have to active in our life and develop our plan if we need to replace.
