The Peanut Institute suggests:Using peanut butter on your bagel instead of butter or cream cheese, dipping vegetables and fruit in melted peanut butter instead of cream-based dressings, or sprinkling toasted peanuts on salads instead of croutons.
Here are some of our ideas:

- Spread peanut butter onto a banana cut in half lengthwise
- Have a serving of dry roasted, reduced-salt nuts as a snack
- Spread peanut butter onto celery stalks
- Make your own trail mix with dried fruit and roasted nuts
